ANZ in Hong Kong

The Hong Kong office is ANZ’s strategic hub for North East Asia. ANZ opened for business in Hong Kong in 1970 through its then subsidiary, ANZ Grindlays Bank Ltd, and later upgraded to branch status. ANZ Hong Kong is a member of the Deposit Protection Scheme.

ANZ Hong Kong offers corporate and personal banking services, including domestic and foreign currency lending, private banking, commodity and trade finance, foreign exchange, commodity and interest rate hedging as well as project and structured finance.

ANZ Hong Kong Branch is a member of the Deposit Protection Scheme. Eligible deposits taken by this Branch are protected by the Scheme up to a limit of HK$100,000 per depositor.
