USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing Community Development Loan
This mortgage facility will assist low to moderate income families, who have had no interest in real property in the last three years on Guam, to purchase a dwelling to be used as their primary residence.

Veterans Administration Guaranteed Loan
This mortgage facility is to assist eligible veterans for a purchase to be used as their primary home, or to refinance an existing home loan to reduce the interest rate.

- Maximum loan to value: 103.3%
- Loan amount may include 100% of the purchase price, cost for installation of energy efficient features, and VA funding fee (unless the veteran does not qualify for the loan amount requested or the purchase price is more than the reasonable value of the property as determined by VA)

- One to four family dwellings and approved condominiums and townhouses; dwelling must be fully concrete

This mortgage facility will assist land owners to develop their land by constructing a home.
- Interim financing (construction) for a maximum of 12 months

- Interest-only payments during the interim financing based on incremental disbursement of construction funds
- Dual documentation (interim financing and permanent take-out)
- Maximum loan to value for interim financing: up to 80% of the construction cost or appraisal value whichever is lower
