ANZ Fiji is banking the unbanked
ANZ, in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), is bringing banking services to those who live in remote areas of the country where financial services would otherwise be unavailable.
By pooling our strengths with the UNDP and leveraging off one another's experience, we've been able to devise a sustainable banking service, which brings financial services to thousands of people living in largely rural communities across Fiji1.
The concept of Rural Banking is now seen as a potential global solution to push financial literacy across the rural and poor communities around the world.
