Register for Phone Banking

Register for ANZ Phone Banking by calling our ANZ Contact Centre on 132 411 (within Fiji) or +679 3213 000 (overseas). All you need to have with you is your valid ANZ Access Debit Card.

Access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Use it from home or another country
Enjoy easy and convenient operation with voice prompts to guide you every step of the way
Obtain assistance from ANZ Customer Service Consultants any time between 8.00am and 6.00pm (FJT) Monday to Friday
Transfer funds between your linked ANZ accounts (e.g. pay your credit card bills by phone)
Change your Telephone Identification Number (TIN)
Order account statements and cheque books.
