Register for Phone Banking
Register for ANZ Phone Banking by calling our ANZ Contact Centre on 132 411 (within Fiji) or +679 3213 000 (overseas). All you need to have with you is your valid ANZ Access Debit Card.

- Access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Use it from home or another country
- Enjoy easy and convenient operation with voice prompts to guide you every step of the way
- Obtain assistance from ANZ Customer Service Consultants any time between 8.00am and 6.00pm (FJT) Monday to Friday
- Transfer funds between your linked ANZ accounts (e.g. pay your credit card bills by phone)
- Change your Telephone Identification Number (TIN)
- Order account statements and cheque books.
