A.The Trustees comprises staff from various Business Units with both management and staff representatives and the objective of the Foundation is to have Trustees from across all of Fiji, to encourage local staff presenting ideas on worthwhile community projects that might require funding.

A.The inaugural Trustees serve a term of 2 years to establish the Foundation. Thereafter 50% of the Trustees must vacate their position to ensure that opportunities exist for new staff to take on the role of Trustee for the Foundation. Therefore after 3 years a completely new group of Trustees should be running the Foundation.

A.A ballot is to be called for each year (after the initial 2 year period) seeking nominations for new Trustees. Successful Trustees will be those who receive the most votes during the voting period.
The only exception to this rule is to occur if insufficient nominations are received to fill the Boards 10 positions, in which case a trustee may continue for a further 12 months.

A.The ANZ Staff Foundation Trustees will consider applications initially from staff members seeking funding for projects on a quarterly basis.

- Create opportunities for ANZ staff to participate as volunteers
- Are already supported by ANZ staff
- Are initiated by ANZ staff in association with community organisations in which they are already actively involved
Applications should also include details on how ANZ staff can help.
