ANZ Internet Enquiry Access is a fully functional Internet application designed to assist you streamline and effectively manage your interactions with our Customer Transaction Service Centre.

It is a channel for communicating with our service consultants and is supported by a user name and password.

Use this new Internet tool to:

  • lodge an enquiry on your accounts

  • check the status of your enquiries including resolution actions

  • search transaction details

  • use the powerful search facility for a full history of your enquiries

  • order statements

  • order chequebooks (standard forms only)
