The ANZ Travel Account is a centralised billing platform, offering a card lodged with your linked Travel Management Company. It allows you to more effectively track and manage travel expenditure by offering enhanced data on eligible travel transactions.
To simplify the identification of each transaction, the ANZ Travel Account can provide enhanced data including:
- traveller name
- cost centre number
- ticket/document Number
- departure date
- flight leg details
- supplier booking reference
- travel management company’s invoice number.
Up to three additional fields can be provided to your nominated travel management company for organisational specific reference. These fields could include:
- employee identification number
- department reference
- purchase order number/trip number.
An easy way to reconcile travel expenses
The ANZ Travel Account can significantly cut administration time and manual reconciliation by providing enhanced data on travel expenditure. You can receive the enhanced data transactions via a Visa Commercial Format (VCF) 4.0 file or a Microsoft Excel formatted file.

The ANZ Travel Account operates a daily, automated quality checking system – so you can get the best possible match rates for your travel spend.
ANZ Travel Account electronic transaction files are available in VCF 4.0 format and can be integrated with many leading Accounts Payable, financial reporting and expense management systems.

Enhanced travel data is available for airlines through an extensive list of affiliated Travel Management Companies.
