Home Loan

We provide Home Loans for the purchase or construction of home, land & building of a house for "residential" purpose.

Features

Minimum of $10,000 and no maximum amount
The purchase must be for owner occupied housing
Maximum term up to 15 years or until the customer reaches the age of 55 years, whichever comes first
A first registered mortgage over the property being purchased is taken to cover lending plus other security if required
Loan repayments are normally structured on a principal and interest basis
An initial loan approval fee is applicable upon acceptance of the loan agreement
An arrears fee applies to defaulted repayment arrangements
A loan administration fee is charged monthly
Interest is calculated on the daily balance and charged to the account monthly
