Update my details at your nearest branch

You can update your details by visiting your nearest ANZ branch in Australia.

Change my name after I get married

To change your name, firstly you must provide evidence of your name change in the form of a marriage or deed poll certificate.

  • Bring this evidence into a convenient ANZ branch, along with other signatories (if applicable).
  • Sign the Signature Form under the witness of an ANZ staff member.
  • Signatories not present will need to return to the branch to complete the signature witnessing validation. However, if other signatories are unable to be present at the branch, you may return the signed paperwork on their behalf.

Your details will be updated immediately on our system. New cards, pass books and cheque books will be distributed.
