Jenny Fagg is Chief Executive Officer, New Zealand and a Director of ANZ National Bank Limited. She is responsible for ANZ Group's New Zealand business.

Jenny was previously Managing Director, Retail Distribution, where she was responsible for the continuing growth and development of our two strong retail banking franchises - The National Bank of New Zealand and ANZ.

Jenny joined the New Zealand business from ANZ Group in Australia where she was the Managing Director Consumer Finance.

Prior to joining ANZ in 2000, Jenny held General Management roles in a variety of disciplines (risk, operations, marketing, sales and product management) across retail banking in Citibank and KPMG.

Jenny has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland and a Doctorate in Management (Risk) from the University of Sydney.
