ANZ Australian Call Centre recognised for outstanding customer service

ICSP INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONALS

ANZ's Australian Call Centre (ACC) has again been recognised for excellence in customer service, winning the Outstanding Service Award in the International Customer Service Professionals (ICSP) 2005 Awards.

The ACC also won awards for:

  • Large Business Award (second year running) - ACC
  • Medium Business Award - Retail Call Centre
  • Community Award - Sharon Maurice for her outstanding contribution to the Tsunami Appeal
  • Contact Centre Champion Award (Highly Commended) - Sonia Care, Assistant Contact Centre Manager Mulgrave
  • Contact Centre Leader Award - Daryl Niemandt, Call Centre Manager Cards.

The ICSP Awards acknowledge and reward Australia and New Zealand's Best Service Performers across all industries and sectors. Award applications are judged against ICSP Best Practice.
