Important information for Internet Banking customers. Latest Microsoft update - Windows XP Service Pack 2 (September 2004)
Microsoft releases updates to the Windows XP operating system. These updates are called Service Packs and contain all the fixes and enhancements that have been made available in the previous year. The latest Service Pack for Windows XP is ‘Service Pack 2’ (SP2) and includes information about a feature called Pop-up Blocker.
Pop-up Blocker
When you install SP2, 'Pop-up Blocker' is turned on in Internet Explorer and the ‘Filter Level’ is automatically set to the medium setting. This means it will block most automatic pop-ups but you will still be able to view the Internet Banking log on page.

Important...
If you change the Filter Level to ‘high’, the Internet Banking log on page will not open from the ANZ website. You will need to follow the steps below to address this.

How to adjust the settings so you can still log on to ANZ Internet Banking...
1.Open Internet Explorer.

2.On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker,
and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
