Welcome from Alex Thursby.

Alex Thursby is ANZ's Chief Executive Officer Asia Pacific, Europe and America. He is responsible for leading ANZ's growth in the Asia Pacific region including ANZ's organic Retail, Institutional and Wealth businesses as well as our partnerships with local banks in Asia.

Alex joined ANZ in 2007 after 20 years with Standard Chartered Bank where he worked extensively across the Asia Pacific region, and London. Having developed and commenced execution of a clear growth strategy for Asia, Alex believes ANZ is uniquely placed in the market to deliver on our goal of becoming a super regional bank.
