You can apply for an ANZ V2 PLUS account in just four easy steps.

How to complete this application form

  1. Read the ANZ V2 PLUS Product Disclosure Statement (PDF 1.22MB)
  2. Print the application form (PDF 396kB) (No printer? Email infoANZV2PLUS@anz.com to have an application form mailed to you)
  3. Complete and sign the relevant sections of the application form
  4. Mail your application form to:

Additional documentation you will need to supply

You will need to provide a copy of your superannuation trust deed with the application form.

How long will it take to process my application?

An ANZ V2 PLUS application should take approximately 3 business days to process once it has been received. A welcome letter will then be sent to you in which you will be advised of your new ANZ V2 PLUS account number.

What are the identification requirements?

If you are a new ANZ customer, your account will be restrained, preventing withdrawals, until you have been identified in accordance with Federal law under the 100 point check. This check can be performed at any ANZ branch. Along with suitable documents to help ANZ identify you (such as your passport, driver's licence, credit cards etc), please take either your welcome letter, or the SuperEasy® client letter provided with your application form, when visiting the branch.

Existing ANZ customers do not need to complete an identification check.
