It gives you night and day access to your funds via ATM, EFTPOS, cheque, ANZ Phone Banking or ANZ Internet Banking, and every dollar that you deposit into your facility immediately reduces your interest expense.
ANZ Equity Manager is a personal transaction account with a credit facility secured by a first registered mortgage over your residential property. The facility is available for personal purposes (eg: you can refinance existing loans, undertake home improvements, finance personal investments or purchase a car).
This loan is also available in the name of a company or business entity. The property must be for the personal benefit of the directors of the company or beneficiaries of the trust. Taking a loan in a company name can provide a tax benefit, however please see your financial advisor before making a decision.
