Q. What does Sickness and Accident cover?
A. ANZ Loan Protection can cover your loan repayments if you cannot work due to your illness or injury, until your loan is paid out or you are fit to return to work (whichever happens sooner). Please refer to the PDS and Policy document (PDF, 94kb) for all exclusions.

Q. What does Involuntary Unemployment cover?
A. ANZ Loan Protection can cover loan repayments for each 30 days of involuntary unemployment. This benefit is paid for a maximum of 120 days. Please refer to the PDS and Policy document (PDF, 94kb) for all policy exclusions.

Q. Is there a minimum employment requirement if I wanted to take out Life, Sickness and Accident & Involuntary Unemployment cover?
A. Yes. You must be employed receiving income on a full time, part time, casual basis or self employed for a minimum average of 10 hours per week. If you are in seasonal employment for an average of 10 hours per week, you are entitled to Life and Sickness and Accident cover only.

Q. Can a joint policy be taken?
A. Couples committed to a joint ANZ loan can take out joint cover. A discount of 10% on the second insured is offered.
