You will create your VbV Password and VbV Personal Message when you enrol for VbV.
When you shop online at a VbV merchant, your card will be recognised as a VbV enabled credit card. This will activate a two-way confirmation:
- Your Personal Message will be displayed confirming that you will be authenticating your VbV password with ANZ.
- You will then be asked to enter your chosen VbV password to identify yourself.
