Make payments, and check your balances and transactions

Ways to Bank information on how to use ANZ Internet Banking, Phone Banking, Branches, BPay and ATMs to make payments and check your balances and transactions for your credit card.

Credit card payments can also be made by direct debit from a nominated bank or financial institution account each month. Complete the Card payment via direct debit form (PDF, 398kb) or call 13 22 73 to have the form sent to you.

To cancel a direct payment to your credit card, complete the Cardpay Direct Cancellation Authority form (PDF, 28.0kb) and return it to ANZ.

Design Your ANZ Credit Card

You can now design your ANZ First card, ANZ Low Rate MasterCard and ANZ Balance Visa card with an image of your choice. So whether it's a snapshot or a scribble, the way your card look is up to you. Just upload your favourite photo or design - you can even choose an image from our library.
Existing ANZ credit cardholders who hold an eligble card and their additional cardholders can design a card for just $15 per card. Image guidelines and terms and conditions apply. Go to www.designmycard.com.au to find out more.

Transferring outstanding balances from non-ANZ credit and store cards to your ANZ credit card

By transferring the outstanding balance of your non-ANZ credit and store cards onto your ANZ credit card and closing your other accounts, you can reduce the difficulty and cost of managing multiple credit cards.Complete the Balance Transfer Application Form (PDF, 87kb).

Add an additional cardholder

With one account you can operate multiple credit cards, with just one bill to manage each month.

To apply to add an additional cardholder, complete the Add an additional cardholder form (PDF, 36kb). Please note that a fee will apply to certain additional cards.

Request to change your credit limit*

To increase or decrease your credit limit use either of the following options:

Option 1: Use ANZ Internet Banking - select 'Credit Cards' from the left-hand menu and then choose 'Apply for a Credit Limit Increase'.

Change your card type

To change your existing ANZ credit card to a different card type:

Combine your ANZ credit card accounts

If you have more than one ANZ credit card and you would like to consolidate them into one:

Complete the Request to combine your ANZ credit card accounts (PDF, 118kb) form and return it to ANZ.

Report a lost or stolen card

To report lost or stolen cards or divulged PINs, call us on 1800 033 844 (international +61 3 9683 7043) 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Notify us immediately if you become aware that:
  • your card has been lost, stolen or used by someone else; or,
  • your PIN record has been lost, stolen or has become known to, or used by, someone else.

  • If you do not notify us within a reasonable time, you may be liable for any losses that occur as a result of your delay.

Dispute a transaction

If you are unsure about a transaction that has appeared on your statement then you can:

Option 1: Call us on 13 22 73 (international +613 9683 9999).

Option 2: Complete the Customer Transaction Dispute Form (PDF, 61.2kb). Please also send a copy of any relevant documentation. Once we receive your completed form we will investigate the transaction on your behalf.

Order a replacement card

If you find that your card does not work, call ANZ on 13 22 73 (international +613 9683 9999) to order a replacement card.
