Most ANZ accounts can be linked to ANZ Internet Banking. Refer to the table below.
If you are an existing ANZ customer:
To link your ANZ account to your Customer Registration Number(ANZ Phone or Internet Banking), please call 13 13 14 and select option '2' (24 hours a day, seven days a week).
To link additional ANZ accounts to ANZ Internet Banking:
You can link most ANZ accounts (refer to table below) to ANZ Internet Banking in one of three ways:
- From within ANZ Internet Banking via the Update Details link.
- Call 13 33 50 and speak to a Customer Service Consultant.
- Visit your nearest ANZ branch.
You will need to provide your ANZ Internet Banking Customer Registration Number.
Please note - you can only link ANZ accounts that you are authorised to access. The Customer Service Consultant, who handles your enquiry, will check the account relationship to ensure that it can be linked to your Customer Registration Number.
If you are not currently an ANZ customer:
Becoming an ANZ customer is easy! Call 13 33 33 (8am - 10pm (AEST) weekdays and 10am - 6pm (AEST) weekends). One of our Product Sales Consultants will speak with you about our wide range of ANZ products and services and will help you find the accounts that best suit your needs.
