Since the program started in 2003, Saver Plus has helped 2,247 people set and achieve savings goals, together saving more than $1.5 million.
Independent research by RMIT University demonstrates the success of the program, finding that 12-24 months after completing the program 75 per cent of participants continue to save the same amount or more than they did during the program. In addition, approximately 95 per cent of participants reach their savings goal during the program.
In 2007, 1,385 people participated in Saver Plus. We have worked closely with our partners to establish the infrastructure and support needed to reach our goal of 1,500 people in 2008.
