  • The continued highest customer satisfaction of any major bank in Australia, according to the Roy Morgan Finance Monitor.

  • Our Australian Call Centre was recognised as the best call centre in Australia for a third year in a row, by the International Customer Service Professionals.

  • Our branch network was awarded an Australian Service Excellence Award from the Customer Service Institute of Australia.

  • ANZ won the Special Award for Impact in the Community in the 2006 Prime Ministers Award for Excellence in Community Business Partnerships.

  • Accessibility: We improved the accessibility of our services by opening our call centre 24 hours a day, seven days a week, adding more than 300 new Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) throughout Australia and opening 25 new branches.
