• Select the 'Connections' tab
• Within the 'Dial up Settings' area, select the 'Settings' option

If the 'Use a Proxy Server' option is ticked, you may have trouble accessing secure pages.

If you have any trouble accessing Internet Banking or you find your connection unusually slow, we recommend that you contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for assistance.
