ANZ Internet Banking enables you to make payments to selected loan accounts. You can make a one-off payment or set up a Direct Loan Payment - a recurring payment facility that offers customers the ability to modify the frequency, date and amount of the loan payment, as well as change the account that the repayment is made from. Other online loan management options include the ability to redraw up to the amount paid in advance on your home loan and the option to initiate a loan closure request.

You can use Direct Loan Payments to designate a direct loan payment as either a ‘prime payment’ (if it is your only direct loan payment) or and ‘other payment’. If you specify more than one direct loan payment, all of those payments will be ‘other payments’.

Prime payments will be automatically increased to cover the minimum payment amount under the relevant loan. Other payments will not be automatically increased so it is your responsibility to ensure that your payment(s) cover the minimum payment amount.

Customers with an ANZ credit or debit card linked to ANZ Internet Banking have access to a range of features located under 'Credit Cards and Visa Debit' in the left-hand navigation menu. You can set repayments for your credit card accounts, which will be paid on delivery of a monthly statement or immediately. Choose to pay either the full monthly closing balance, the minimum monthly payment or any other nominated amount. Other services include the ability to transfer your credit card balance from another bank or institution, request a change to your credit card limit, change your card type, and add an additional cardholder to your card.

ANZ Internet Banking makes it easy to manage your cheque and savings accounts. Customers with a cheque or savings account linked to ANZ Internet Banking can order a cheque or deposit book online and also reconcile their chequebooks just as they would on paper. These services are available in the left-hand navigation menu under 'Cheque/Savings'.

ANZ International Services allows you to transfer funds overseas via telegraphic transfer and to purchase international drafts (similar to a bank cheque but payable in foreign currency) through ANZ Internet Banking. To use these services, you need to have Pay Anyone Access and must then register at the International Services page located in the left-hand navigation menu of ANZ Internet Banking.
