Business Drivers – These are the measures that need to be managed in order to influence the outcome of the business results, while using ANZ Impact™.

The drivers are divided into 3 groups, namely:

• Profit and Loss Drivers (presented as percentages)
  
  
• Current Percentages (presented as percentages)
  
  
• Balance Sheet Drivers ('Debtor Days', 'Stock Days', and 'Creditor Days' are presented as numbers of days)
