Apply for a loan

Applying for an ANZ loan is easy. Visit your local branch to complete an application, or download an application now and complete it in your own time.

Bring you completed and signed application to your local branch along with the following documents:

• your three most recent pay stubs
• a letter of employment (dated within 30 days)
• form 303 for ASG Employees
• last year’s W-2 form for private sector employees
• benefit Payment Verification Letter from ASG Retirement and/or Social Security Office employees (dated within 30 days).

Please note that incomplete applications or applications missing the required supporting documents will not be accepted. Any drop-off applications will not be accepted unless the applicant appears in person.
