Individuals who have authority to sign or transact on the account must produce satisfactory evidence of their authority to transact on behalf of the business. On any transactions involving the account, we may act on the instructions of the person(s) authorized in the resolutions, banking agreement, or certificate of authority to act on behalf of the account holder.
