Immediately prior to his current appointment, Graham led ANZ's global Capital business in an acting capacity. This business provides private equity and leveraged debt capital to the mid market sector. Graham has over 20 years experience in corporate finance and debt capital markets and has been involved in many of New Zealand's complex corporate finance transactions. Graham graduated from Massey University with a Diploma of Horticulture (Dist) and a Bachelor of Business Studies, is a Charted Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand.
