Managing Director, Retail and Business Banking
Fred leads the team that supports ANZ’s personal and small business customers.
His focus is to help more New Zealanders to achieve their goals and ensure they’re receiving great customer service.
Fred joined ANZ Australia in December 2001 and came to ANZ New Zealand in 2010 to lead the Business Banking team.
In 2013 his role grew to also manage the Retail division.
Previously Fred held a number of positions across the group including General Manager Global Commercial Banking and General Manager Commercial Products.

Managing Director, Commercial & Agri ANZ New Zealand
Graham leads the Commercial & Agri business in New Zealand which supports predominantly privately-owned businesses with annual turnover ranging from $2m-$250m. The Commercial & Agri business includes UDC Finance and Property Finance.
Prior to the integration of Commercial New Zealand and Rural Banking, New Zealand’s leading provider of rural finance services, Graham held the position of Managing Director Commercial NZ. He also led ANZ’s Corporate Finance team in New Zealand.
Graham has over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance, debt capital markets and has been involved in many of New Zealand’s complex corporate finance transactions.
A graduate of Massey University, Graham has a Diploma of Horticulture (Dist) and a Bachelor of Business Studies. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand.

Managing Director, Institutional
David leads ANZ’s Institutional business in New Zealand. The Institutional business manages client relationships and provides specialised markets, transactional and financing products and solutions to the bank's customers.
With more than 25 years’ experience in the finance and banking sector, David has held roles in senior management, advisory, structuring, underwriting and markets.
Prior to his current role, David led the team responsible for ANZ’s Institutional clients in New Zealand.
In 2005 he joined ANZ from Deutsche Bank where he held a number of roles in Global Banking in Australia and New Zealand across the bank’s relationship banking, advisory and debt product activities in the region.
David is a member of the executive board of the New Zealand China Council, a fellow and past Chair of INFINZ and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand (College of Chartered Accountants), and the New Zealand Institute of Management.

John is the Managing Director, Wealth , New Zealand.
John brings with him a wealth of knowledge and leadership experience having worked for ANZ's markets business for 22 years, holding a variety of senior positions in Singapore, Melbourne and New Zealand.
Most recently he was Head of Markets overseeing the trading and sales activities of the Bank's New Zealand dollar interest rate and currency products.
John holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and a Master of Business Studies.
He is on the board of ANZ Securities Limited and was the inaugural Chairman of the New Zealand Financial Markets Association.
