Within one business day someone from our dedicated hardship team, Customer Connect, will contact you to discuss your application.

  • Your current income amount and frequency
  • Your living arrangements: are you renting, do you own your home, or live with family and friends?
  • Accounts you hold: what other loans or credit cards do you have outside of ANZ? What are their balances?
  • Your other financial obligations: for example your phone bills, internet costs, insurance, etc.
  • Your family situation: are you married, single, do you have children?

This information will allow us to tailor the best possible assistance option for you promptly.
