Case studies: Volunteering across the region
- Bangalore: 215 volunteers ran an 11-day Summer Camp for 120 needy children from the Samarthanam Trust, which is also a recipient charity of Bangalore’s payroll giving.
- Singapore: In February and April, employees from our Singapore office conducted a training workshop for adults experiencing disability. This was followed by a half-day experiential learning visit to our office where the adults participated in educational talks, team building activities and guided tours through the operations floors.
- Melbourne and Sydney: 20 employees participated in our pilot MoneyMinded mentoring program, run in partnership with The Smith Family.

ANZ offers all employees at least one day of paid volunteer leave per year to make a difference in their communities.
Since 2005, ANZ employees have contributed more than 600,000 volunteer hours to a wide range of initiatives, projects and not-for-profit organisations through skilled and unskilled volunteering.
ANZ is committed to contributing professional skills and experience in a more sustained and meaningful way that helps strengthen the governance, structure, management and operations of community organisations.
