RAP - Results

Overall, we have made good progress against the commitments outlined in the original RAP. We have established an effective framework that enables us to review and adjust our activities in response to an often complex business environment, as well as factors at play externally.

Elements of our experience will be outlined in a report to be released in December 2008.
