Global Services and Operations is ANZ's core support division. Global Services and Operations is accountable for the global delivery of ANZ's information technology solutions and infrastructure, for our back-office operations capability in India, and for the provision of shared services including property, sourcing, accounts payable, environmental sustainability and human resources.

Global Services & Operations also has functional responsibility for Operations and ANZ's Change and Project Management practices and for oversight of IT and Operational Risk and Information Security.
