    The ANZ Discovery Asia Fund is designed to provide investors with enhanced exposure to the performance of a diversified portfolio of Asian focused absolute return funds whilst preserving capital and generating positive returns over the long term.

    Investment Objective The investment objective of the Fund is to gain enhanced exposure to the performance of a diversified portfolio of Asian focused absolute return funds, generating positive returns over the long term whilst preserving capital.
    Lighthouse Asian Strategies Fund The Underlying Fund to which the Fund will have leveraged exposure is the Lighthouse Asian Strategies Fund Limited -Class B Shares. The Underlying Fund is a diversified fund of Asian focused absolute return funds and is managed by Lighthouse Investment Partners LLC, offering an alternative to traditional equity and fixed interest investments.
    Capital Protection and Put Option ANZ will employ the Dynamic Management process to provide investors with 100% capital protection at maturity.
    For extra protections, ANZ has also made available a Put Option to approved Investors. Exercisable at Maturity, the Put Option will ensure a Unit holder receives at least an amount equal to their application amount1.
    Loan Facility ANZ will provide approved investors with a Loan of 100% of the application amount, with interest payable annually in advance.
    Management Fees Management Fee of 1.33% p.a. of the Gross Asset Value (GAV) of the Fund, Performance fee of 10.25% of the monthly increase in net asset value (NAV) of the Fund, Dynamic Management Fee of 1% p.a. of the Swap Value or 0.10% p.a. if the Swap Value is wholly invested in Cash Units. All fees inclusive of GST.
    Liquidity Quarterly liquidity after the first 12 months with monthly valuations provided by HFA.
    Minimum Investment With Loan: The minimum Application Amount in the Fund is $50,000, with $10,000 increments thereafter.
    Without Loan: The minimum Application Amount is $10,000, with $1,000 increments thereafter.
