Terms and Conditions

The Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Code of Conduct is a voluntary code subscribed to by ANZ that defines the rights and responsibilities for banks and their customers in relation to Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Effective April 1 2002, the EFT Code of Conduct was expanded to cover all forms of electronic funds transfers.

The revised Code delivers better protection to consumers using electronic methods to access their accounts, including ANZ Internet Banking. This means that as an ANZ Internet Banking customer you will benefit from the protection afforded by the EFT Code.

In March 2002, ANZ changed the ANZ Internet Banking, Pay Anyone and International Services, ANZ Online Investing and the ANZ Online Reporting Terms and Conditions in accordance with the Code.
