ANZ WebLink is a flexible Web Based Cash Management file transfer solution
Three connection methods are available:
- Web Access
- Host-to-Host with Web Access
- Host-to-Host with Straight Through Processing
Using ANZ WebLink you can:
- Send large Payment Files to ANZ’s Gateway for processing directly from your ERP systems
- Have the ability to view, edit and authorise payments
- Structure payment workflows to support internal governance
- Process payment instructions using smart card enabled security
Web Access
With this configuration, ANZ WebLink provides flexible permissions and payment authorisation functions that can be tailored to your company’s requirements.
It allows you to:
- View, edit and authorise Payment Files via the Internet;
- Release Payment Files to ANZ using a
smart card based Digital Certificate and smart card reader for user authentication;
- Configure e-mail notification for
Payment Files that require authorisation.
Host to Host with Web Access
ANZ WebLink is tightly coupled to your ERP systems in order to streamline key business processes surrounding payment generation, approval, internal reporting and audit.
It allows you to:
- View, edit and authorise Payment Files via the Internet;
- Release Payment Files to ANZ using a smart card based Digital Certificate and smart card reader for user authentication;
- Configure e-mail notification for Payment Files that require authorisation.
Host to Host with Straight
Through Processing
ANZ WebLink is a channel for your ERP systems in order to streamline key business processes surrounding payment generation, approval, internal reporting and audit.
It allows you to:
- Send and receive files for straight through processing with no manual
intervention;
- Send files with security: transmissions are encrypted at your site; your sending system is authenticated by ANZ;
- Use high-speed connection via broadband or ISDN and HTTPS.
ANZ WebLink’s functionality offers you a flexible and functionally
rich file transfer system for:
- Domestic Payments
- Receivables data
- Outsourced production and delivery of remittance data by email and fax
- Outsourced bulk printing of cheques for mail distribution by ANZ
- Returned Items reporting to assist the resolution of individual transaction failures
