ANZ Internet Enquiry Access is a fully functional internet application
designed to assist you streamline and effectively manage your interactions with
our Customer Transaction Service Centre.
It is a channel for communicating with our Service consultants and is supported
by a User Name and Password.
Use this new Internet tool to:
Lodge an enquiry on your accounts
Check the status of your enquiries including resolution actions
Search Transaction Details
Use the powerful search facility for a full history of your enquiries
Order Statements
Order chequebooks (Standard forms only)
