Discontinuation of ANZ MoneyManager service in July 2016

The way our customers are choosing to manage their personal finances online is changing, and as a result, we have seen a continuing decline in the use of the ANZ MoneyManager tool.

As of 1st August 2016, existing ANZ MoneyManager customers cannot access or login to ANZ MoneyManager as the service is no longer available.

Can I continue to access all the same features in my ANZ MoneyManager?

No, as of 1st August 2016, existing ANZ MoneyManager users cannot access or login to ANZ MoneyManager as service is no longer available.

What will happen to my transaction data from 1st August 2016?

From 1st August 2016, all aggregated ANZ MoneyManager data (excluding passwords) will be retained by ANZ as per our Terms and Conditions.

The ANZ Privacy Policy outlines how ANZ protects your data.

On page 16:

"ANZ protects your personal information from misuse and loss. We also protect it from unauthorised access, modification and disclosure by ensuring that your personal information can only be accessed by people properly authorised to have access.

ANZ may store your personal information in hardcopy documents or electronically. ANZ maintains physical security, such as locks and security systems, over our paper and electronic data stores and premises. ANZ also maintains computer and network security. For example, ANZ uses firewalls (security measures for the internet) and other security measures such as identification codes and passwords to control access to computer systems. ANZ continually maintains and monitors its online security systems to ensure that ANZ's online banking services are secure and that your personal information is appropriately protected when you use these services."

Is there any other way to get my transaction data?

Please remember ANZ MoneyManager displays your accounts and transactions from your online banking platform(s), so you can also contact your relevant banking institution to determine if they can provide this information.

Why can't I register for ANZ MoneyManager?

Unfortunately you will not be able to register a new ANZ MoneyManager account. As we are discontinuing this service, new registrations are not accepted.

What other services can I use to help me manage my money?

For your everyday banking, statements and transaction history, ANZ customers can continue to use ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ Internet Banking for Business. If you are not an ANZ customer, you can use your other online banking portal(s).
